All Elements occur together in Ultra100.

Interacting together in Natural Biological Mineralisation

Cobalt occurs at 440 ppm and higher on Petes Mountain. That is .044%. ( 440 ppm)  No other organic or known product currently matches this available natural form of cobalt in the necessary mineral association with sulphur and carbon for biological mineralisation.

Selenium occurs at around 3 ppm and higher on Petes Mountain. That is .0003%. ( 3 ppm)

This is 1000 x higher than medium soil levels. No other organic or natural product currently matches this available form of selenium in synergy with other essential minerals.

Magnesium occurs at 1.2% and higher on Petes Mountain. Essential for plants and animals.

No other organic or known product currently matches this naturally available form of magnesium.

Iron  occurs at 11.3% and higher on Petes Mountain.

No other organic or known product currently matches this naturally available form of iron in association with other essential minerals. Creating a natural synergy.

Manganese  occurs at 0.34% and higher in Ultra100

Certified  -  delivers Medium Range in Plants

Calcium  occurs at 0.82% and higher on Petes Mountain in association with all minerals. It is an essential nutrient for plants and animals. It is now known that it must occur in association with other minerals for full beneficial utilisation. Without this association high levels are detrimental in studies of some animals.

Certified  -  delivers High Level in Plants

Boron  occurs at 20ppm in Ultra100. This is in the low range or medium range plants find necessary.

Copper  occurs at 108ppm in Ultra100 in association with the minerals found on Peters Mountain. This is in the medium range plants find necessary. Plants tolerate up to 200ppm however organic soils are very low in copper compared to highly mineralised soils.

Certified  -  delivers Medium Level in Plants

Molybdenum  occurs at about 1ppm in Ultra100. This is in the medium range plants find necessary. It is an essential micronutrient.

Phosphorus  occurs at about 1100ppm in Ultra100. This is in the medium to low range plants find necessary. It is an essential nutrient and is vital to seedling growth. High levels are recommended for highly cropped areas.

Certified  -  delivers Low Level in Plants

Cobalt is necessary as part of the Vitamin B group and especially B12. Cobalt in Peters Rock and Plants reacts with enzymes and biological processes in the mouth and gut to produce the vitamins. Bacteria and fermentation also start the B12 pathway from Cobalt in mineralised soil. However , it is totally absent or deficient in most NZ soils and supplementation is required for animal health. It is not required for good looking crops consequently many folk are B12 deficient and have health problems. Chemicals also destroy gut health.

Cooking can destroy vitamins so they are best obtained through fruit, salads and raw veges high in Cobalt provided naturally by Ultra100.

Selenium is essential for animal and human immunity to disease. Its supplementation is required for animal health in NZ because NZ soils and rocks have extremely little or no selenium. Basalt rock form is not useable or is too low.

Selenium is not required for healthy looking crops.  People therefore have lowered immunity to sickness and disease in NZ. Meat provides low quantities of minerals but few if any vitamins or antioxidants which are provided by plants.

Low levels of Se has been shown to cause depression. Se has been shown to work together with Iron to increase cognitive abiliies

Magnesium is essential to human and animal health and for beneficial behavioural changes in animals and people. Deficiency has been implicated in all kinds of disease and in lowered immunity.  It is also required for the health of plants. Some plants such as strawberries require high levels for better fruiting and quality. Constant cropping has depleted NZ soils of magnesium. Some growers therefore add magnesium and it may be available randomly in some crops.

Iron is an essential nutrient that carries oxygen throughout your body. Without enough iron your body can't make enough healthy oxygen-carrying red bloodcells. It is found in muscle protein and plays an important role in immune functions helping fight all kinds of disease.

Vitamin C helps in the absorption of Iron. If Iron occurs in high levels in fruit and veges along with vitamins and antioxidants then it is more readily absorbed. The body will take what it needs in a natural way and regulate itself for good health.

Manganese is essential and forms connective tissue, bones, blood clotting factors, and sex hormones. It plays a role in fat and carbohydrate metabolism, calcium absorption, and blood sugar regulation. Manganese is also necessary for normal brain and nerve function.

Calcium is crucial to building and maintaining bones and teeth and a healthy nervous system. It has a complex relationship with other minerals and vitamins which is little understood. Consequently although NZ has one of the highest rates of Calcium intake , NZ also has one of the highest rates of bone loss or osteoporosis.

To allow the body to achieve a healthy balance we recommend eating plants high in vitamin and mineral content.

Boron is a micronutrient essential to most plants. Various crops including brassicas, beets and pip fruit trees respond especially well to it. It may benefit arthritis sufferers and has beneficial associations with other minerals making it essential to good health.

Copper is essential and is a micronutrient because only a small amount is required for the health of plants and animals. Plants will not grow without Cu. It is essential for protein enzymes and biochemical production. Its uptake by plants is dependent on soil PH. Low fruiting or yellowing of leaves may be a symptom of low copper. Adjust your PH or apply Ultra100.

Molybdenum is necessary for plants to convert inorganic phosphorus into organic forms in the plant, and in enzyme production. Plant deficiencies can be seen in the leaf. Deficiency leads to ill health in animals and people.

Phosphorus exists in soils in biological and mineral forms. Mineralisation pathway for plant uptake starts when microorganisms break down the minerals near the roots. Organic P in phosphate form is then used by plants for growth. The activity of the microorganisms and the enzymes released is highly influenced by soil temperature and soil moisture. The process is most rapid when soils are warm and well drained.

Adding Ultra100 to compost will greatly benefit biological mineralisation processes.

The process can be detrimental if it doesnt occur in balance with Iron and Aluminium in acidic soils and Calcium in limed soils and directly affects animal health.  Because Ultra100 has all these elements occuring together they will achieve a balance at normal pH ranges in soil.

ULTRA100 is pretty much all you need for organic soil restoration and health, but additional NPK is advised for larger plants.

Commercially grown plants are most certainly deficient in most minerals and therefore vitamins. Plants dont need Cobalt , Selenium and many other Minerals and Ultratrace Elements to look healthy or to make it to the market place. It doesnt make economic sense to apply anything but NPK to constantly cropped more impoverished soils. Plants often just look healthy.

But eating plants that have been feeding on high levels of NPK doesnt equate to healthy people.
